The SmartCook Pizza Oven is a convection oven, with 3 levels, electronic controls for temperatures up to 450 and two fan motors (one on top & one on the bottom) for uniform fast cooking. It is easy, thanks to the double cylinder system (worldwide patented), to transform from a convectional oven to a superoven that makes fresh pizza in less than 90 seconds. All this with the apperance and taste normally achieved with a wood-fired oven.
