The Chef King V50 is constructed entirely from stainless steel designed for use in high output commercial  kitchens with a high number of covers. Supplied with 500mm baskets and able to cope with continuous use as it washes plates squeaky clean in just 2 minute cycles. A high quality of build with removable upper and lower wash & rinse arms ensuring thorough cleaning time after time. Automatic detergent & rinse injector pumps mean the detergent & rinse aid chemicals are automatically dosed into the machine, all you have to do is make sure the bottles are kept topped up. It is always wise to check the diameter of your plates before you buy a machine. The Chef King V50 takes plates with a diameter up to 358mm. During one complete wash cycle this dishwashing machine uses about 2.3 litres of water making the electrical & water consumption economical. It needs to be hard wired to a 20 amp power supply, it also needs a water connection & waste pipe. Fitted with safety thermal protection devices to protect the elements.
